Is there a setting within confluence that allows you to add macros to your PDF export?

I have a user who is using our classification banner macro on his confluence page without any issues. However, when he is trying to do an export to PDF from his page the classification banner macro is not showing on the export. He states that this was working before we had to do a roll back. I tested this out on my test page and got the same result. Other macros are showing but not this one. Could my macro be broken? Or is there a setting within Confluence that I'm missing?

Update: My user stated that the macro is working just fine within his space. This is from his response "This new requirement came up because we recently added classification banners to all of our pages and noticed it wasn't exporting to the PDF.  I would have to right click on the page and print to PDF with macros and graphics options selected to get the banners to show up in the browser PDF print, but the issue there is that the banners are covering the text, so that is not an option.  The best option is to get the Confluence PDF export feature enabled with macros and graphics."
