Is there a retention period (automatically deleted after a certain period of time) for the files uploaded to each page of Confluence?

Welcome to Atlassian community!

Unfortunately, this feature does not include Confluence. But you can try an addon such as Auto Purge Trash or Better Content Archiving for Confluence, but it's probably not exactly what you need.

I recently brought Content Retention Manager for Confluence to the Atlassian Marketplace as an option to solve for removing old content, I can explore adding the feature of removing attachments or setting attachment policies to the overall feature set.
