Is there a report which shows who is contributing the most updates

Ross Brooker April 10, 2024

My manager is looking to report on those who are contributing the most useful information to our shared space... as I'm likely to be high on that list, I'd really like to help facilitate this!  Can anyone point me at any existing reports, or where I can find out how to build one?

Hi @Ross Brooker ,

You may check the standard Contributors macro and Contributors Summary macro.

That's brilliant, just what I'm after - thank you very much!

@Ross Brooker You may want to give a try to the "User activity" dashboard provided by the Better Content Archiving app!

It is available for the whole site and for each space separately, and it provides how created/updated/viewed the most pages and blogs in that content. It makes the metrics easy to understand through charts and data tables:

As you see it show two numbers. For example, in the contributors gadget you can see how  many unique pages the user updated and also how many updates he made. Both are very important to understand the picture!

(Discl: it is a paid and supported app developed by our team. Free for 10 users!)

Thanks Aron, that looks great.  The paid bit may be an impediment to trying it out, as we have more than ten users, but I'll pass it to my team leader for consideration!
