Is there a limit on the amount of memory i can storage for my OnDemand service?

Hi,

In my company we generate a lot of PSD files for graphics and we were wondering if there is a limit in the number of files and size that we can store. Is there a way to check how much we have and how much we can store?

Hi Sergio,

The initial storage available for each Atlassian OnDemand instance is 25GB. Accounts that exceed that amount will be billed an over limit fee of $1.00 per gigabyte per month, (correct as of September 2012), but please keep updated with our OnDemand storage policy to stay upto date with the storage limits and the cost of the excess.

There isn't currently an option for you to check how much storage is being consumed by your instance, but in the event that you need this information then you can request that from Support. We also have an open feature request to ask for a public facing interface that allows users to measure their storage consumption, so I would suggest that you watch/vote/comment on the issue if that is something that interests you: https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-3060

Just a clarification, does the $1.00 per GB per month mean that we will pay the charge extra montly for each additional GB used or that we will use each mont the GB additional to the basic 25GB?

For example, if this month our instance is 30GB we will pay 5.00 extra, but if next moth it's is 37, then next month we will pay 2 USD extra.... Or we will pay 5.00 extra this month and the next one we will pay 7.00 and so on until we delete data to be below 25GB?
