Confluence has an article, https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/develop-technical-documentation-in-confluence-226166494.html on how to develop a generic technical document, but it doesn't actually have a real template for a technical specification document. I don't want to create one from scratch and add in the various macros that they recommended if there's already one that's developed that I can just use (and make any necessary edits).

Thanks @Srinatha T , I've tried it and still couldn't narrow it down. Having a technical specs document is an industry standard, so I'm surprised why I couldn't see one in the templates that looks like the one described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/develop-technical-documentation-in-confluence-226166494.html with versioning that displays like this.....
