Is there a Technical Specification Document template?

Rich Le July 6, 2022

Confluence has an article, https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/develop-technical-documentation-in-confluence-226166494.html on how to develop a generic technical document, but it doesn't actually have a real template for a technical specification document. I don't want to create one from scratch and add in the various macros that they recommended if there's already one that's developed that I can just use (and make any necessary edits).

Hi @Rich Le ,

Welcome to Atlassian community.

You can refer the below page which has a lot of templates and i think if you filter your search , you should be able to find the one suitable for you.

I hope the above info helps. Have a good day!

Thanks,

Srinath T

Thanks @Srinatha T , I've tried it and still couldn't narrow it down. Having a technical specs document is an industry standard, so I'm surprised why I couldn't see one in the templates that looks like the one described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/develop-technical-documentation-in-confluence-226166494.html with versioning that displays like this.....
