Is the Sticky Table Header Feature No Longer Available on Confluence Server?

Around five years ago, the sticky table header feature was available on Confluence Server without the use of a macro. As I recall, this feature was enabled unless the table:

  • Was inside a page layout, or inside another table.
  • Had no header row.
  • Had a header column instead of a header row.
  • Contained another table that had its own header row.

Is this feature no longer available without a table macro? Thanks.
