Hi,
Some users of my community need to be able to consult the content of Confluence Space pages without being able to modify it and alter the revisions (even though a reversion can be done).
That being said, I was wondering if it is possible for specific users to have read-only access to a Space. If so, how can it be done ?
Please, let me know if I can clarify my issue or if I used wrong terms. I have not been using Confluence for a long time.
Thank you in advance.
Hi @Fernando Ovelar Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Yes, it is possible to grant only view access to Individual Users on your Confluence Space. Go to Project Settings -> Permissions -> Individual Users and grant appropriate permissions.
You can also set Page level permissions to grant view access to certain users. Please refer this link for more details.

To make certain Confluence spaces read-only in Confluence, you'll need to adjust the space permissions so that users have view-only access. This involves modifying the permissions for specific user groups or individuals, ensuring they can view the content but cannot add, edit, or delete any pages or comments. You will have to configure this on per-space basis (on all 200 spaces in your case).
