Yes, you can. As for now, you can copy the link to a specific heading of the same page to get directed to that separate paragraph.
When hovering over a heading, there will be an icon indicating a copying link.

Apologies as i'm blocked to upload any images here, but when i hover over a heading, i only see the Drag / Vertical Alignment / Settings / Duplicate / Delete icons, in that order. Would you be able to point out where the copy icon is?

Hi Nur Arini, for heading 2 of your Confluence page, this icon is located at the end of the line with the symbol shown in the below image.
It will prompt a message "copy link to heading." You can give it a check again
