If you are using Confluence Cloud, you can use our add-on: HTML & Iframe Macro for Confluence

It's very flexible and you can modify embed code as you wish.

For simple embed, enter the following code into macro body:

<iframe width="500" height="400" src="https://example.com/page"></iframe>

Let us know if you face any issues.

Best,

Kumar

Sort of ...

You can make any Confluence page the landing page and you can use iframe to embed a website into a page. Users can even interact with the embedded website, but it's still obvious that it's still a Confluence page.
