Just to avoid ambiguity... when you say Folder, do you mean folder as a feature in the Space navigation tree that has a bunch of child pages but has no content in itself?
Generally speaking, you can export the entire space as XML, CSV, PDF, HTML - from Space Settings, and, with a help of an app such as Scroll Word Exporter, as a Word document.

@Kristian Klima It's correct, from Confluence Cloud I have created some folders that contain pages and I need to download all that information but I only found the option to download page by page, is there a way to download the entire folder?

@Silvia Llumiquinga - please, refer to @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ 's post on this thread.
Once you click NEXT, you'll see the option to customize the export and only select the pages/sections that you need.

Yes, it is possible to download content from Confluence, including all the folders (spaces, pages, or attachments), but the exact steps depend on your role (admin or user) and the version of Confluence you’re using (Cloud or Server/Data Center). Here's how to proceed:
Confluence allows you to export entire spaces, which include pages and attachments, in a structured format.
Go to the Space Settings:
Export Content:
Choose Export Format:
Download:
If you want to download all attachments (files) from your Confluence pages:

Hi @Silvia Llumiquinga ,
As far as I know, natively this isn't possible. I've scanned through open feature suggestions but didn't manage to find one related to your requirement.
As for exporting multiple pages, if you have appropriate space permission, you could use space export feature to export selected, multiple pages (to PDF for example).
I would potentially recommend reaching out to the Support team with this request/requirement as they could probably open a feature request on JAC for you.
Cheers,
Tom
