Is it possible some way for us to add new email address as a user in Confluence ( but not SSO)

JIRA/Confluence user / account for API access.

How do we go about setting an account up for this? or setting up a specific API key for this?

Confluence-In order to be able to access the data, we need to use an Accounts API Key, which enables our app to pull the documentation, and for us to have permissions set up for that account so that they can only see the spaces we would like them to access.

 

Please assist ,step by step process for API set up  in Confluence space.
