Is IP whitelisting needed for Jira APPs?

Hi,

With IP whitelisting enabled some of the apps are not loading in the Jira instance.

We could see some errors in console.

Is there any specific ip to be whitelisted to use apps?

My expectation was that ip whitelisting would not be required in this case, as apps are also deployed in atlassian environment.

Yes, you need to whitelist the IPs of the services the apps are running.  You'll need to talk to the vendors of the apps to find out what to whitelist.
