Hi all
We are trying to turn on the guest access and after some trials and reconfiguration we get the following error message when trying to invite a guest
No groups for Product: Product{productId=conf, workspaceId=f8a3ab21-5ee5-4b41-885a-af50dec8929d, cloudId=f8a3ab21-5ee5-4b41-885a-af50dec8929d} and Role: CONFLUENCE_EXTERNAL_COLLABORATOR
I think we might have removed groups or configured things wrongly, only I cannot find what.
Can you please point me in the right direction how to solve this?
Hello @Mark Tetrode ,
Have you checked all of the "confluence-" groups such as confluence-guests-<your site name>, confluence-users-<your site name>?
You can check this in the user management -> groups , for all of the groups that were missing.
Thanks for your answer.
I created confluence-guests-<sitename> (and confluence-guests to be sure) and added Guest access to these groups, but unfortunately I still have the same issue.
Can you or someone else think of how to solve this?

This group shouldn't be deleted since it was a default group created by Confluence. Also, go to Settings -> Global Permissions -> Guests and add a user there.

that just takes you to the general users view where you can add non-guests etc. Any way to recreate the group? I don't think I've deleted any groups, ever, but it does appear to be missing for me.
