Investigation- what does Remove permission exactly mean in Confluence?

Hi All,

maybe it is a stupid question but we are discussing about what exactly mean the remove permission in Confluence? I mean that it lets you only removing those pages, comments, attachments which were created by you?

Or can you remove all the pages which were created by others?

Can you please advise?

It lets you remove pages, comments and attachments.

It doesn't care about ownership. It does pay attention to restrictions - you need to have edit rights to use it.

When you want to move a page from a space to another you also need the remove permission
