Integrate Ideas with specific URLs in Insights in CRM system

Hi, I want to embedd an overview of ideas that contain insights with a specific URL.

Use case is, that our sales team is tracking customer requests. No I want to give them an overview of requests per customer (URL), when looking at the specific customer page in our CRM.

I noticed this functionality is basically existing in the Chrome Addin:

Is this something that can be leveraged in other places?

-> External Tools with iFrame Embeds

-> Confluence Macros and Third-Party Integrations

Other possibilities like - external Tools with iFrame Embeds - Google Sheets or Airtable to manage customer request data and embed them via iFrames in Confluence and along with that

consider - Confluence Macros and Third-Party Integrations as well.
