Insert unclickable image

I need to insert an image that is not clickable.

@Janet Shuey if you add a link to the image with the URL of # it will do nothing when you click the image. There's a few other ideas here - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/how-to-disable-image-preview/qaq-p/243999

When you click an inserted image, the screen turns black and then the same image displays in an enlarged state. I don't want that to happen.
