Hello all
When I read a Confluence page with images inside, none of them are displayed. Instead of the image, I see a box with a "failed to load" message.
If I go to the attached files of the current page, I can click and display each attached image.
No one else in my organization seems to have this issue.
I already tried different browsers (chrome, firefox) : same issue
Any idea on the root cause ?
Thanks
Michael
Hi @Michaël Checler ,
I haven't stumble across this issue. Perhaps, there's an attachment blocker set on the OS level.
If you use another computer, do you have the same issue when you login? If you don't, then the root cause is something set on your PC.

Indeed, I do not have this issue on another PC. Where could I find such attachment blocker on OS ? do you have an idea ?

A couple usual suspects to look in PC security apps like anti-virus or malware. The reason why I mention OS, it is unlikely that it is the browser unless you install a similar add-on on both browsers that is related to security.
You may also want to look at the browser developer console to see there's any clues to not retrieving the attachments.
Hope this helps
