Inline Comment PopUp not showing

Hello,

I am new to Confluence and get told to solve this issue:

In an Confluence installation (6.14.3) the PopUp to add inline comments is not appearing any more. I cannot tell you since when, but it is not working for all users and in all spaces (also not working for administrative account). The checkmark in the profile settings is checked.

What can I additional test, why it is not working any more?

Hello Sireesha,

No, unfortunately this did not solve my problem.

Sorry for the late answer, but it took a while to get access to the database itselve.

The deletion of the confluence cache either did not solve the issue.

We are using a German version of confluence but I did not find the folder "<confluence-home>/bundled-plugins_language".
