I am struggling how to give access to a specific user (or group) to an app within confluence cloud. The app is "Scroll viewport" and I created a group which has all access to confluence, but they get access denied.
"Access denied
You do not have the correct permissions to view the page: Scroll Viewport.
Please request access fro myou Atlassian Cloud administrator".
Is there someway I can give access to just the app? Or all apps? They have admin-access to confluence.
Found it! I had to add the group in the administrator access confluence-group under product access in https://admin.atlassian.com/.
