I am currently doing this kind of conversion for a client, starting with the code base of the Universal Wiki Converter code with some modifications, with some custom scripts to clean up the input to UWC. Then UWC writes to a test instance of Confluence.
I would say that if you have a 100 or less pages, just quicker to manually move the content over. Since it is a one-time thing, not always interesting to spend tons of time on a solution for a smaller number of pages.
Hi Jeff,
when you say some things what more precisely do you mean? Only the wiki pages, what about attachments, comments, history etc.
This page describes the generic mechanisms:

They can give you some success but i you want a full and flawless migration, I'd suggest you hire some of the Atlassian Experts that have experience with that to do it. At the end of the day it will be cheaper, better and faster.
If need more information about the experts let me know.
Cheers,
Peter T
