We tried to use different formats, sizes, dragging, inserting, resizing or not, nothing helped. Have you got some tips.

I've had exactly the same problem today. The images are standard format. They initially appear correctly when I am editing the page but when it is published, I see 'Creating Preview'. Other images on the page load correctly and these are the same format.

Don`t just copy/paste it. Use the icon (edit bar) to paste the URL directly, or use the upload function, or save/download them first.

The last time I used the copy/paste method, all images got broken after publishing the page.
