Image properties - title - disappears after saving

Hi

we have the problem 

1. we give a title in the image - properties - which should be shown by mous-over

2. we save the confluence-site

3. the mouse-over doesn't work

4. editing the properties of the image the text has disappeared.

Does anybody know this problem and how to solve it?

I'd like to know more about your problem. I noticed that you also logged a ticket with support about your page changes not saving. It appears that issue is no longer occurring. 

Could you tell me, is this issue also not re-occurring? If it is, could you tell me if many of your users are encountering the same problem, and what version of Confluence Server you're running?
