Image Missing while exporting to word

Hello SupportTeam,

I am having issue while exporting to word document where the images are not appearing.

Following are the steps I have followed while adding image:

1. Clicked on Image Icon.
2. Uploaded the file.
3. Added the uploaded file in the confluence page.

When I generated Word output of the specific file:

I am unable to see the image in the word file.

1. Does this problem happen with all other pages? If you create a brand-new page, does the same happen?
2. Is this only happening in the new editor or the legacy editor?
3. How did you create the pages you're trying to export? Were they imported from another Confluence site, or did you copy and paste the images into the page?
