Image Editing and Text Wrapping in Confluence
I am importing .docx documents into Confluence. These documents contain department how-to documentation. Upon import of the document, image placement and formatting requires some updating. I see very limited tools within Confluence to perform these updates. I don't see any text wrapping tools or any rotation tools. Only border and resizing tools.
For example, Confluence only allows the toolbar button photo in the image below to be on its own line, not in the same line as the text. Furthermore, many of the photos do not have the ability to wrap text the same as the Word document versions. Therefore, there is no way that the Confluence documents can match the Word documents without looking messy.
The first image below represents the information as it appears in the Word .docx document. The second image below represents the same information after being imported and formatted within Confluence.
