Hello! We had one Confluence account, deleted by mistake from "Manage users" list in the Jira, it's possible to get it back? or reactivate the account? we have important documents there, please, help

Removing a user shouldn't delete your Confluence instance.  Have you granted a user access to Confluence?

Can you give us some screenshots to help you troubleshoot?

Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/

Then find the products page, and give us that screenshot.

If Confluence is there, you can go into the ... link and see which groups have access to Confluence and make sure you and your users belong to one.  Also, you can check the users and which products they can access under the Directory tab.
