For users that uses Confluence for ISO 27001 in Confluence Cloud..
Which App are You using for Document Review / Approval.
We are comming from Data Center with Comala - and we have alway though that was acceptable...
Comala in Cloud are quite different - like no Global Workflows, really bad "approved version" view and a lot of other stuff.
The next alternative Workflows for Confluence are not much better
So suddenly Comala for Datacenter seems better/more sufficient than we have ever felt.
Our requirements are not that restrictive:
* Some review control (both app lacks some scoping in user select - or are hardcoded to groups)
* A clear view of a published version even if there is a draft (both fails here)
* We perfer a single workflow globally (Comala fails here, Workflows for Confluence has it, but if fails on approval needs to be hardcoded)
* API Acess (Workflows for Confluence seems to have none)
But - What do You use?
Hello @Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_ ,
We have a Document Management system App that could suit you well.
It is on the heavy duty side, focusing on regulated industries.
Feel free to check it out or arrange a demo.

Hi @Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_ ,
As @Kristian Klima mentioned, you might check out Breeze. Its approval and review workflows are used by many of our customers for the purpose of ISO 27001, and from what I hear, it could fit your use case very well (and is, by the way, simple to use).
Feel free to schedule an appointment with me for a personal demo.
Cheers, and all the best,
Adrian from B1NARY (we are the developers of Breeze)

Some comments here - for my part:
* We are migrating and have 63 spaces with documents
* We dont have a dedicated publishing unit or similar - people are used to work in team spaces, where the documents typically reside.
So - there is a huge difference between:
(1) Starting from real scratch
(2) Starting will all the documents in spaces - but no app
(1) is somewhat the easiest, as You can select an App and build from that
We are in (2) and cant move all documents to stage, temporary and production spaces all of a sudden, so Apps that uses such techniques are hard to migrate to

(2) works perfectly fine with Breeze. No need to restructure your spaces or content.
This is the standard case for nearly all of our customers. In terms of numbers, 63 spaces are on the lower side of our customer spectrum. To give you an idea, our biggest customer is using Breeze on nearly 1000 spaces and will soon apply it to 800 more. But to be fair, that's an extreme example, while most of our users are in the range of 50 to 200 spaces.

Hi Normann, I am a Partner Manager at AppFox.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We know that moving to Cloud comes with some changes, and we're always working to improve Workflows for Confluence based on real user feedback.
I saw that you’ve already spoken with our Tech Support about features like cross-space publishing and macros. I’d love to follow up and see if we can explore your use case a bit more.
I’ll drop you an email to see if you’d be open to a quick chat with our development team - your input really helps us shape future improvements!

Hi @Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_
You may take a look at Breeze by B1nary.
On Workflows, I wonder if perhaps setting up the Official version, or whatever they call it, might help. Another feature is Publishing, at which point the app syncs approved content to another space, basically separating your Workflow space from your Consumption space.

Hi,
The "official version" concept is pretty ok - but we cant get the Document Control Table to show (https://docs.appfox.io/confluence-workflows/workflows-document-control-table-macro)...
Have a ticket raised on a bunch of issues.
I cant get publishing to work - but I also do think that this can give strange complications in so many ways, like are links maintained correctly and a lot of other use cases. And we have like 2000 pages under control, over 63 spaces....
I looked breifly at Breeze yesterday.
Thanks for the reply, its appriciated.

Actually, Appfox are going to fix the links (Appfox entered the chat in nother question thread here to confirm that). We're using Comala Docs Approval and Publishing but are considering switching to Workflows once they fix the links.
I tested the app and it worked for me - including publishing third party apps' metadata (Scroll Documents/Variants/Viewport).
Our workflow needs are rather uncomplicated though.
