I would like to download a copy of a support ticket and attach it to our internal capitalone ticket as a reference. there is no UI interface that allows me to do this. Would you please provide some guidance for this.

@Jigna Patel welcome to the community! Following up from David, if you're looking at a ticket in JSM, can you use the 'kabob'/'3 dots' menu and select 'Print'. This should give you a report of the actual ticket. You can then create a PDF file of this information and attach it to your CapitalOne system.
If you want it to separate out internal comments, you may want to vote for and watch JRACLOUD-82285 to revise the standard report a bit.
