is the question how to get a copy of a support ticket out of JSM/JIRA? Do any of these work for you?:
- paste a link in your internal system
- Print From your Browser
- screen shot
- rest api call from your browser -- would look like this URL. The output is JSON, but of the four items here this may be the only way to get the data.
