I'm working on exposing the content created by confluence to an external URL, but I can't find it when I try to activate the "Set up authentication" button in "Site settings".

your site needs to have a custom domain in order to set up authentication. If you want more details you can check out the official documentation here: https://help-cloud.k15t.com/scroll-viewport/set-up-authenticated-access
