I want to paste a preformatted table in confluence

I have a table created in outlook. It has a format defined already, merged cells and rows, pictures within the table, formats, cell/ row color etc. I want to paste it as is on confluence page. How do I do that?

Load the Excel file as an attachment to the confluence page.
Use the macro Office Excel to display the Excel table on the Confluence page
