I want to hide a Second Level Approver () field if Type of Service Request is either one of :

Application Performance

Change and Release Management

Quality Management

Build Management

Except Service Management (ITSM)

 

if we select Service Management (ITSM) from Type of Service Request then Second Level Approver field should be visible.
