Hey!
So my ask is -
1. I want to create a dynamic table to have all the tickets as rows in the columns
2. It should contain child issues of that ticket in other column
3. The next column should have remarks section so that I can have comments to report to the leadership team.
Hi @Paridhi Prasad ,
Besides the standard Jira Issues macro, you may try the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app (that is our add-on).
You may wrap your Jira Issues macro in the Spreadsheet from Table macro, turn your live Jira table into a live spreadsheet and add manual comments, calculations or whatever you need for your leadership team.
And this is only one case how you can amplify you working routine with Jira Issues in Confluence. All our macros support the Jira Issues macro, so you'll be able to create various Jira reports, pivot tables, charts right on Confluence pages. If you are not familiar with the app, please book a live call with our team. We'll be able to discuss your use cases.
Hi Paridhi Prasad,
If I understand your question correctly, you want to display all issues and child issues in Confluence as rows and columns.
My suggestion is to use a Jira Issues Macro instead of creating a dynamic table. This macro can display all your issues and child issues in a tabular format. You can show issues from multiple projects in a single table, and the macro allows you to customize the display based on project, status, assignee, and other criteria. This approach provides a more efficient and integrated way to manage and present your issue data within Confluence.
