I want to access the content in my Confluences workpaces from Windows Explorer. How do I do this?

I have set up Confluence in my organisation and we now have lots of workspaces and it is widely used. We now want to start accessing (R/W/E) the workspaces from within windows explorer via a mounted network drive. I have read some content about WebDav and also about this being 'bundled in your solution'. We have a hosted solution, so who is the 'System Admin' they refer to? Me? If so, I have no info about this. Anyone able to help?

WebDav was removed from Cloud last autumn, so you don't have this option.  

Atlassian are the "system admins"
