I've upgraded to Confluence 7.4.9 from 7.2 (not sure exactly) but now I get an error

I get Database: Database connection failed after starting confluence. I've check in my config file and the database name, username and password are correct. It was working fine prior to the update. Can you help, please if not I'll have to revert to my server snapshot and I,ll still have the end of life warning that I get in the previous version.

Sadly not really, as I said everything was working fine prior to the update and everything about the database in the config file is correct (or at least it seems correct to me). But it's OK now. We will transfer everything in Microsoft Teams and abandon Confuence altogether. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
