I've lost one of my file data completely and am totally unaware of how did all that happened.

The problem is that File-1's content is totally absent and the data of File-2 has moved into it. Now I'm having two files with the same data in both but with different file names and the data of File-1 is completely lost. Please help me how can I retrieve it. My team has put in 2 month of efforts to make the project and all the data is now lost!

I too, don't quite understand the problem description. 

Is it about the data of a Confluence page? Did you save the pages before? Then you'd be fine with the page history ...

@Dhruvin Patel If you are referring to files attached to a Confluence page, it is likely that someone uploaded a new version of the file with the wrong file name, overwriting the previous version. If you open the Attachments page for the Confluence page, you can view previous versions of the files to determine which contains the data you need and then restore that version.

Are you referring to the content of Pages within Confluence?
