I set the Home Page for our space but it doesn't work.

I have set up the Homepage of our Confluence Space but whenever we click the Home or Confluence icon, Overview shows instead of the set Home Page.Overview as Home Page

The 'Home' button or Confluence logo on the top navigation menu will redirect you to the site homepage, not Space homepage.

To open the Space homepage, you need to click on the Space name on the sidebar menu instead:

To expand, what you are setting in your first screenshot are the Name and Homepage for the single space you are in when you open the Space Settings.

The Home link in the Confluence navigation bar opens the Home experience for the specific user, who has a different list of Recent, Starred, and Draft pages and Tasks than another user.
