Your administrators have removed or disabled the add-on that provides those macros (or, they were user macros which they have turned off).

They may have upgraded and invalidated the add-on, that's often a route to these sort of errors.

Yes, I'm the admin. do you have any idea which add on use for this?

Yes, issue sorted. Plugin was expired.

Could you tell how you fixed it please??

There is a plugin (i forgot the name) which was expired.

Can you check your add ons status?
