I have imported a space from a previous account. I get the message that I have no access to the data

The space where I don't get access to I imported as atlassian/Confluence export file from USB stick. 
Interesting is that I was able to import 2 other spaces the same way successfully. But at the 3rd one I get the message "

Sie sind auf einen eingeschränkten Inhalt gestoßen
Nur wenige Personen können dies anzeigen. Wenn Sie Ihrer Meinung nach zu diesen Personen gehören sollten, fordern Sie Zugriff beim Autor an.
Zugriff anfordern
If I press the button "Grant for access" I get the message "
Zugriffsanfrage nicht erfolgreich
Ihre Bitte um Zugriff wurde nicht gesendet. Wenden Sie sich an den für den Bereich zuständigen Administrator.
But I am the administrator of my account. For the moment I use it to organize my personal knowledge/issues.

Are you able to change the space permissions on the imported space as the Confluence cloud admin?
