I would like to manage my personla tasks in the workbox but I only see notifications.

Hi Alexandra,

The Workbox provides notifications from Comments, Shares, Mentions and Likes. Confluence Cloud offers the ability to add Tasks in order to keep track of the things that need to get done. You can check full information in the following  KB article:
