When I tried to log-in the Confluence, it says "We sent a recovery link to you at XXXX", but I have never received the link from the Confluence. Any suggestion to resolve this issue?

Confluence likely sent it and you should follow standard procedure for locating an expected email. Specifically, check spam/junk folders, check for rules that might have captured the email, etc. Cheers!

I followed-up and checked our mail server logs, and I can confirm that the email did go out and has been marked as delivered.
Have you still not received that email, and weren't able to find it in your junk mail? If so, you can try to trigger the Can't Login email again.
Hopefully, you will receive it the 2nd time, but if not, let me know, and I can have another look.
