I can't find where the "Custom HTML" option is. I'm an admin in our system too.

Cloud doesn't support the custom html option, you can't do it there.

Ok is there any way to have links default to opening in a new tab?

I dont know of any other way besides adding javascript like from the page you mentioned.

Hi,

  1. Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner
  2. Select General Configuration from the drop down
  3. Scroll down the page and look on the left hand side navigation for a section called "LOOK & FEEL"
  4. Custom HTML link will be at the bottom of that section

 

If you still cant find it  then use this link: http://your-domain/admin/viewcustomhtml.action

 

Edit: Nic Brough is right. Just noticed the cloud tag in your question.
