I can't access Confluence

I installed Confluence at desktop PC(server) and used Confluence for more 4 months..during 4 months, there was no problem.

However, today, I can't access Confluence by using my notePC and web browser like IE and chrome at desktop PC. When I access Confluence by using desktop PC by clicking the 'Access Confluence' icon, there was no problem..I can use Confluence normaly. But If I access Confluence by using my note PC and my team member's PC, we can't connect to confluence server.

I think...there is a problem by accessing via internet web browser.

plz let me know the methode to solve the problem...

Above picture is screenshot when I tried to access Confluence. That means .. Can't indicate the web page at Internet Explorer.

And I attached the log file you mentioned above comment. The log file is too difficult to understand....so where is the important point to solve the problem? This problem is occured on Sep 5th.

It would be nice if you can attach a screenshot of the error you're getting when attempting to access Confluence. Also, the atlassian-confluence.log file located at the <confluence-home>/logs directory may provide you some insight on this.

Looks like network issue! Are you using ip address to connect or a dns name? Check if it was behind IIS/Apache etc and see if it was shut down. There can be a lot of options to look at!
