I am uploading an outlook mail in .msg format in confluence page and there is no preview

I have saved my outlook emails in .msg format and when i am attaching these mails as a file in a confluence page then it is not generating any preveiw of that mail like it does for a .doc document.

Hi @Verma_ Shivam ,

I believe previewing .msg files is currently not supported on the cloud.

Here are two JAC items related this your request/question:

• CONFCLOUD-77347: Unable to preview .msg files while the user is on the attachment view 
• CONFCLOUD-74736: Add support for previewing .msg files (Outlook message files) 

I would suggest voting and start watching those to get notified of all updates related to their development.
