I am trying to Install NPK from PVT (Official Release) and I am unable to download

Hi Team, 

I am trying following steps from this link,

Here in this link I am performing step 3: "On your web browser, goto/PVT"

It throws following error in the browser,

"This site can’t be reached

securewiki.ith.intel.com took too long to respond"

Please support and do the needful.

The site you mentioned seems to be an internal wiki in your organization, so we are not sure who manages this site. If this is a public confluence site it should have been accessible to all, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Probably you will have to reach out to your internal teams/colleagues to find out who can help you with access/permissions on this site.
