When granting access, are you granting under the specific page or are you granting under Global Permissions?

Hi Kara,

As a site-admin in OnDemand you are able to grant users access to JIRA and Confluence from the user management screen.

However, it sounds like you might be experiencing the bug outlined here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AOD-6992.

I'd suggest raising a support request at http://support.atlassian.com/so that we can resolve this for you.

Cheers!

Mel
