How to use/install "Content by Label Macro" on confluence cloud?

i wanted to use the "Content by Label Macro" but it seems its not in the standard installation of confluence cloud, or i cant find it.

 

is there a easy way to use or install  this?

 

or am i just not looking in the right spots?

my collegue just found it, i was searching for macro, but should just use "content by label"
