How to use a Confluence Template when creating a page in ConfiForms?

I am trying to use an IFTTT macro to create a page on record creation. I want the new page to be created based on a Confluence template. I have tried using an IFTTT trigger of "On Created" create page. I am trying [template.MyTemplate] in the IFTTT Integration Rules.

Sounds like you are doing everything right - do you have a template with a title "MyTemplate"?
