How to use User-friendly URLs if my Confuence is not in English Edited

Hello!

I have a Confluence installation with Russian language.

So, I have russian name for spaces and articles.

All my articles have following urls:

http://kb.***/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=29163873

If I have english name for article, then I see pleasant URL with space code and article title.

How can I have such beautiful urls in case I'm not using Confluence in English language?

Hi Andy,

I think, you can't. We also have these URLs when using German Special Characters in page titles.

If a page title has a non-english-character, the URL will be automatically changed to the "pageID"-URL.

I was looking for some confluence plug-in to manage User-Friendly URLs, but have found no ones yet.
