How to update content source in scroll viewport without generating new version

Wolfgang Deininger August 29, 2024

Hi everyone in the community,

i have added a short text to a confluence document and would now like to transfer this change to Scroll Viewport. Do I have to generate a new version or is there an easier way?

Thank you very much and best regards :)

Wolfgang

Hi @Wolfgang Deininger

Yes.

  1. In your space, click Apps, click Viewport.
  2. In the Viewport UI, you'll see the list of your sites. Click the SITE NAME of the one you want to update.
  3. When it opens, click Update site.

  4. After the update runs, Preview or Go live.
  5. Done :)

You can sync the updated content from Confluence to Scroll Viewport without creating a new version. Look for an "Update Viewport" option in the settings to apply your changes directly.
