The old spaces macro has been depreciated and replaced with the most basic awful looking list possible. Meanwhile, the very pretty new Cards and Carousel options have been released, albeit behind the additional paywall of Confluence Premium.
Coincidence?
Does anyone have any recommendations for a simple summary display of spaces behind buttons/icons within Confluence (Standard)?
I started playing with tables thinking I could build this easily, but no luck.
Hi @John Howell
You can try to make Confluence more appealing by using its built-in tables' background. Like I did on the screenshot under: just add image or icon on top and change text font and you have free cards :)
If you are not happy with this solution, you can use Confluence Premium to get their cards.
If you need a more professional-looking and complex solution, consider apps from the Atlassian Marketplace. For example, Mosaic (created by my team) can help you add not only advanced cards but also buttons, tabs, backgrounds, numbered headings, etc.
Please let me know if you have any other questions. Will be happy to help you
Hi Zoriana, thanks for your suggestion. We may be able to make this work with the table backgrounds. Appreciate your input!
