I want to setup 2 pages in different spaces with same content. I use Insert the include page macro but the content can be only changed at original page, not the page with included page macro.
Is there a way I can edit at any page & the content is sync in another page/ remaining page?
On the page in Space 1, (your source of truth page where you edit), add the Excerpt macro and put all the content you want to appear on the other space's page within that macro.
Then, in space 2, on its page, use the Excerpt Include macro and point it to Space 1's page.
I have a blurb I put at the top of Space 2's page that basically says "This is a mirror and you can't edit this content here. To edit this content, go to the main page <insert link>"
Note: Make sure you leave some time between publishing the two pages. There's some lag. When I did this too quickly, I got frustrated by a ton of errors. The next day it worked perfectly.
Hi @Hang Bui welcome to the Atlassian Community!
This is normal behaviour (by design), there's only one source of truth, the original page.
